At Empowering Wellness, our philosophy is rooted in the idea that receiving a diagnosis is not the key to finding your way through. Instead, we believe in doing the work. We don’t want to diagnose you, we want to work with you to discover together what works best for you and give you the tools and support to work through your specific journey.

Empowering Wellness does not believe in cookie cutter philosophies, we apply known and proven modalities, as well as a holistic approach to integrate the modalities that work best for you. Integrating new and innovative approaches, including Brainspotting or walk and talk therapy.
We help our clients to break out of their expectations for counseling and breakthrough to new pathways in healing.
